Real Estate Purchase Agreement
This Real Estate Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into on [insert date] by and between [insert name of seller], (the “Seller”), and [insert name of buyer], (the “Buyer”).
WHEREAS, the Seller desires to sell and the Buyer desires to purchase the property located at [insert address of property] (the “Property”).
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
Purchase and Sale. The Seller agrees to sell the Property to the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to purchase the Property from the Seller, for the purchase price of [insert purchase price] (the “Purchase Price”).
Closing Date. The closing of the sale and purchase of the Property (the “Closing”) shall take place on [insert closing date], or on such other date as may be agreed upon by the parties in writing (the “Closing Date”).
Payment of Purchase Price. At the Closing, the Buyer shall pay the Purchase Price to the Seller by [insert payment method]. The Seller shall provide evidence of title to the Property to the Buyer at the Closing.
